Diernhofer Wolfgang

Wolfgang has been employed with KPC since 2002 and is head of department. He is responsible for the management of the Austrian JI/CDM Programme. He has more than 18 years of professional experience in the field of energy, environmental and water management projects and is specialised in climate finance mechanisms and climate mitigation and adaptation projects.

Linke Alexander

Alexander Linke, born in 1972, completed a study in Business Administration, University of Economics, Vienna.

Alexander is employed with KPC since 2005 and is Deputy Head of the International Consulting Department. In this role he is responsible for business development and coordination of project execution. Mr Linke has 13 years of professional work experience in banking, consulting and environmental services industry and is specialised in Infrastructure Finance, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and the management of international consultancy assignments.

Dragnev

Daniela Dragnev, Master's degree in Law, Vienna University.

Daniela joined KPC in 2009 as Senior Consultant. She is responsible for the contractual management of the portfolio and all legal issues related to climate change and emission reduction purchasing contracts. She is specialized in international carbon and energy law and has more than 10 years of international practice in contract negotiations in Europe, USA, and Africa.

Gauss

Martin Gauss, Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, University of Applied Life Sciences, Vienna; MBA, Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration/University of Minnesota.

Martin joined KPC in 2008 as Senior Consultant. He has over 12 years of professional experience in the field of environmental protection. He is responsible for the purchase of carbon credits from low-carbon projects and programmes in Latin America, Africa and Eastern Europe, and consulting for international institutions in the field of climate change, energy and finance.

Gusenbauer

Bianca Gusenbauer, Doctor's degree in Development Economics and Finance at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration/HEC Montreal/ VSE Prague.

Bianca has been working as Senior Consultant at KPC since 2009. Before joining KPC, Bianca gained experience in the banking sector. She is specialized in the Voluntary Market and Portfolio Management.

Bild Mc Connell

Margareta McConnell, born in 1986, completed a Master's Degree in Advanced International Studies (Diplomatic Academy of Vienna) and a Bachelor's Degree in International Politics (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, United States).

Margareta has been employed with KPC since 2011 as a consultant in business development and project management. She has professional experience in developing proposals for donor-funded consultancy assignments across Southeast Europe, CEE and North Africa. In addition, she has practical experience in project management, including invoicing and budgeting, organisation of conferences and workshops and communication/coordination with partners and clients.

Oberleitner

Christian Oberleitner, born in 1971, graduated in energy- and environmental management and in sustainable energy systems, University of Applied Sciences, Pinkafeld.

Christian is employed with KPC since 2010 as a senior consultant for energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. He has 7 years of professional work experiences in technical and conceptual consulting on the national and international level with focus on SEE. In addition he has expertise in energy-, environmental-, and quality management systems.

Rafal Stanek, born in 1965, completed Master's Degree in Systems Research from the "AGH University of Science and Technology".
Rafal Stanek is an associated Consultant working with KPC on several donor-funded consultancy assignments. He is a recognized expert in policy development, decentralization and capital investment planning in the environmental sector in Eastern Europe, the Balkans and the Caucasus and Central Asia. He has many years of practical experience of supporting state and local authorities in multi-year investment planning, feasibility studies, fiscal decentralization, Medium Term Expenditure Frameworks (MTEF) and municipal services improvement. Rafal Stanek is also a qualified trainer, having planned and delivered a large number of trainings to public authorities in several projects funded by OECD, GIZ, EBRD, World Bank and USAID.

David Toft, born in 1968, has completed a Master's Degree in Policy Analysis and Urban Planning from the University of Minnesota.
David Toft is an associated Consultant working with KPC on several donor-funded consultancy assignments. He is a recognized expert in municipal services delivery for local governments and utilities in the environmental sector in Eastern Europe, the Balkans and the Caucasus and Central Asia. He has many years of practical experience in assisting local authorities and utilities in strategic planning, corporate development, financial management, benchmarking and restructuring. David Toft is also a qualified trainer, having planned and delivered a large number of trainings to municipal and utility staff in several projects funded by OECD, EBRD, World Bank and USAID.
