Kommunalkredit Public Consulting GmbH is a leading Austrian consultancy firm active in the environmental and energy sector in Austria, CEE, the Russian Federation and the CIS-countries.
We are constantly expanding our Pool of Experts for short-term and long-term assignments in various countries. We are looking for the following type of experts:
- Technical Experts: With experience in design, engineering, procurement, FIDIC and PRAG-guidelines, project preparation and project implementation.
- Financial Experts: With experience in financial analysis, development finance, municipal infrastructure development,, IFI credit lines
- Experts in Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building.
All experts must have prior work experience in Technical Assistance assignments funded by International (Financial) Oragnisations preferebarly in Eastern and South-Eastern Europe in the following public infrastructure fields:
- water supply and sanitation,
- sustainable energy and carbon finance,
- urban infrastructure.
All candidates should have also a relevant University Degree and very good English language skills.
